Granted it's a matter of perception, but it wouldn't have made sense for her to despise Clark's children. Unless we find out that they assisted in the other Earth, that is. And even then, I think plenty of people can relate in trying to make the most of a situation and having an outburst at some point in frustration. She'd shown concern for her father's safety generally before if I recall, so there again it makes sense she'd be enormously upset when her concerns became a reality.
Not saying "you're wrong", just that I've been seeing it differently. I think we're all biased in this being a CW series; it has to work that much harder to prove itself. I've said myself I'm kinda waiting for it to all go wrong myself. We'll see if it does.
