I've burned BD25-R and BD25-RE as well as DVD5 & DVD9.

I just bought this one too...retail version, not oem. Not sure what the real difference between the two, but I figured $20 couldn't hurt.

Anyways, so you like the drive? Im looking foreward to getting it hopefully on wednesday.

I believe it comes with some version of PowerDVD. Is this good software or would you recommend something else? Ive heard mixed results with PowerDVD.

My specs are:

Intel Core 2 Quad 6600 @ 2.40 GHz
4 GB Ram
Vista 64

Im not sure of my video card...but it is something like Radeon HD2400 (?)



I also bought a Western Digital 1TB 3.5" drive for extra storage.
