It would depend on the items ordered. I'd assume the profit margin for every movie is more than 50% of retail. The reason I said that is because most of the item can go for 50% off and they would still make money. Some items go for even bigger discount (especially the movies that are selling for $5 during BF). If you're talking about three $50 movies that ended up costing $100 after B2G1, I think they probably could make $25. However, if an order has to be broken into several shipments, then the profit margin lowers.

I hope they do B2G1 in June. One time I spent over $2K on B2G1. Most of the items I ordered went OOS within few days. So it's a major sale event for Target and its suppliers.
Profit margin to a retail store on a BD is nowhere close to 50% even at full price with except possibly some of the exclusives. That's not the way it works.
