It's probably the most gory gangster film I've ever seen and I've seen a lot. Not as violent as say Zombie or City of the Living Dead, but more violent than Four of the Apocalypse by a mile. Someone gets their face blow torched, brains blown out, shotgun blast to the gut, someone's throat explodes after being shot in it, someone already dead gets blasted in the face multiple times, all kinds of violence.
