Wasn't the original HK cut of PS2 on Eureka's release or is that another cut that I am completely unaware about?

Time to sell my Criterion edition in order to make space. I'm also curious to know who the licensor is for PS3, as I had always assumed that Miramax had the worldwide rights to it.
