I think Nelson Ellis (*sp) did such a great job with Lafayette that they kept him on for ratings.
Had things been different, he may have been more in line with the book's fate for him.
At this point, it is all about (as they say in show business) "putting a$$e$ in the seats"
I for one am very happy with the way things are going so far and Ellis is one of the people whose career I'd like to see thrive in the future.
