Mine gave me the uncut version and I had to access the theatrical cut from the menu.
I watched the Trick'r Treat extra first. Its not the trailer, but a 5 min segment of the movie. Its the part where Sam stalks Brian Cox in his home and attacks him. It looked really creepy.
