There is a shop in Mississauga that is ran by an owner who sells blu rays at discounted prices. The range is 15-25. Some are deals, while some aren't.
Otherwise you can hit up blockbuster/rogers when they have their 2/30, 2/40, 30% etc sales.
Though if you are looking for less popular titles or titles that aren't considered mainstream, your best bet would be checking out Star Struck. They tend to carry collection titles but they are a bit pricier.
