But calling a double dip a double dip when it is one is different. If (and this title is definitely hyperbole) The Abyss finally got a Blu-ray, same special features as the old DVD, both cuts of the movie, only thing different was new picture and sound, clearly that’s not a double dip, that’s a major step up.

The 4K mastered Blu-ray of Fatal Attraction, followed by a 4K UHD of Fatal Attraction, is a double dip, and everyone who bought one under the assumption that no native 4K copy was coming got burned.

Didn’t Paramount at some point say that the Paramount Presents line was going to be all 4K mastered Blu-rays and no native 4K discs?
