Yes, Vizio have OLED TVs but with your budget you won't be able to get an OLED, the TV will have to be a LED because you'll still have to pay the sales tax, which is not included in the price of the TV. If you're only estimating the price for the TV (without the sales tax), then your budget should be $600.00-$700.00. Also, as for any purchase of a new TV, it's highly recommended to buy an extended warranty with it, so the TV will be cover for any repairs or a replacement, when the one-year manufacturer's warranty has expired.
