Wow, i didn't even know you could use Skype through the PSP!
I guess you could send messages (and maybe have a chat room) through the PSN on both systems, but i'm not acquainted with the PSP enough to confirm.
Oh also, since the PS3 can do video chat it may be possible to do it with a PSP, but again i can't confirm.
