Depends on the viewer really, however the problem is more noticable when the display is very bright and on smaller screens. I have notice mild flicker during 24p playback on my display, but I'm not bothered by that since it still preserves the film look of the content and it is MILD, however some displays still preserve the film look without the flicker. I heard the V10 series gets rid of the flicker people crticized the previous model.
