I believe that poster may be more open to learning.
Tried to explain this to AVS posters > 13 years ago and it took a long time before some caught on. Recently posted the large variation of data rates from AMC-21 satellite (transponder 24) but all the video on that transponder is CBR. Not real sure why many have such trouble understanding this.
