Not in cars but I used to do that with snowmobiles all the time in NH. It was a blast, and fairly dangerous when you are flying down a snow trail at 45mph trying to cut off the person you need to tag. Quite a few times we had to bail as the snowmobiles were flying towards each other. Thank goodness for 2 feet of fresh powder.
