Bought a refurbed Xbox One off ebay - as a back up for when I move to a temp spot. Anyway everything is fine, including the controller - minus the fact it won't update which causes problems like poor battery. I've tried hooking it up to my One X and Series S to update it - still nothing. Any options left I haven't tried? Oh also tried 2 different brands of battery packs - and AA batteries to update it, no avail. Thanks for your input - help.
