It's just ~20 seconds* of "damaged film" between the end of Planet Terror's credits and the "Previews" title card. Slightly annoying, but it doesn't affect the viewing experience for the main features.
*(measurement isn't precise since this is only from comparing the length to other releases, which vary from 18 to 24 seconds longer)
