I've got some:

1) We have a paralegal here who talks on her cell phone in our firm library with the door shut. If I go in there while she's on the phone, she says "oh, come on in." No kidding. She's also been known to use attorney's offices for her personal calls, again with the door shut. One attorney walked in on her one day, and the attorney was so stunned that SHE actually apologized. LOL

2) Smoke breaks. (Not a big deal with me anymore since my place is a tobacco-free workplace and everyone who was grandfathered in has left).

I can surely think of more.
