Question is - is the 4K UK disc affected? I bought the 4K + blu but ain't equipped for 4K yet. Anyone notice this on their UK copy? Replacement programme is set up for US customers by the look of it.

Yes, it is. The discs are the exact same. Same goes fro the German, French & Italian one for example.
