I just bought the Sony BDP-S560 and am generally pleased with its performance. The biggest benefit is that is the first Sony player with built-in wireless connectivity (except for the PS3).

Although I liked its performance and speed, I was totally disappointed with its remote. Unlike the previous model the BDP-S550, this new player does not have:

1) Lighted remote
2) Open/Close Button

It also does not have an ergonomic design with the button placement around the center hub.

What was Sony thinking?
