I really loved Wild Blue Yonder and The Giggle. The bi-generation was a great way to reboot the show for newer audiences and allow there to be a Doctor on-screen who doesn't have to deal with a lot of that trauma from prior seasons.
Also, first look at the new sonic. Really like how alien this looks.
