Not much to report there. Almost all the Samsung output is going to the professional display/digital signage market and they are available in high volume at various sizes and resolution, while the consumer models are still not materializing beyond the old 110-inch 4K model, which is available directly from Samsung and a few chosen dealers, with everyone else only having it through middle-man sales. The pro/signage units are a bunch of "individual microLED cells" taken from the Video Wall offerings and combined for FHD or UHD resolution and held together in a thin bezel frame, with the system board and whatnot arrayed behind it, like a typical business display product. The consumer offering (4K only) is a different design that is based on Samsung's older (and shockingly, still used by them) ultra-premium UHDTV - also recycled from HDTV - line that used the OneConnect control box. It apparently uses a full microLED panel, but I haven't been able to get close enough to one to examine it and nobody has bothered to do so, despite it being readily available, so we're just waiting to see what happens next.
