Playback wouldn't start on my EU PS4, due to an error code which I can't remember now. Then I got it working by turning Video Playback Settings> Output at 1080p/24Hz to OFF.
Unfortunately, it's unplayable after 00:35:00. Must be the pressing plant issue described above.
