And as little dialogue as there was in the trailer, all of it was hideously cringe-inducing. I shudder to think of when the game finally speaks in full sentences.
I'm quietly reserving judgement in the meantime, but with Houser gone, I cannot say that I am particularly optimistic about the game's writing/direction.

I'm on the same page as you. The beauty of previous GTA games was that they were a parody of society; but with society being such a backwards cesspool now, you can't really make a parody of anything... society today has devolved into a parody of itself. As such, the GTA 6 trailer sadly just looks like clips of the f***ing news.
