I have a Bang & Olufsen Beogram RX that outputs extremely low sound. No matter what speakers, receivers, amps, or wiring I use, no matter how many ways I combine hardware, it still outputs very low sound.

The best result so far has been the B&O hooked up to a Toshiba SMC-5560 receiver (RCA and grounding), and the Toshiba outputting to two speakers from a Realistic console (not powered, they only have RCA).

I have to crank the sound all the way up, and still it's barely audible.

Aside from going out and dropping thousands on a new turntable and completely new hardware, is there any way to fix this?
