So, I am considering upgrading my TV to a Kuro plasman, but I go to Best Buy to see what it looks like first (not buy, just see its picture quality). Well, they have their 50 or so TV's on the wall all displaying, what looks like, a regular black and white DVD...what the hell!! I ask them to play a Blue Ray, and the guy just says "can't do it" and walks away, what a salesman!!

So, I am trying to figure out why on all of their HDTV's they are not displaying a blue ray, or something of the like to show them off, gah!! I want to see what it looks like before buying!
