Both of those, especially Plague of the Zombies, are actually good. Especially compared to this.

I think this is unduly harsh. Scars is by no means top shelf Hammer, but I would say it’s comfortably middle shelf. They certainly made much worse.
Also I unapologetically love Horror of Frankenstein.
