Some people would disagree. People are use to seeing 24fps movies double flashed at 48fps or triple flashed at 72fps. For around 134 years 99% of all movies are native 24fps and people over 100 years old have been watching them like that for over 100 years. 30fps movies look better then 24fps movies and some documentaries are made at native 30fps. Offering higher native frame rates like 30fps, 60fps, 120fps, 240fps, and 480fps is better quality, but people are not use to the look of movies beyond native 24fps.
I really liked the quality of the native 60fps high frame rate movie I saw. Movies should always be shown at their native frame rate or double or triple flashed at the native frame rate for lower cost displays that cannot display at the native frame rate.
