Update on the missing sketches: For people who bought the original pressing, they are going to send out a bonus disc with the missing sketches, plus a cut of the complete Civil War on Drugs series of sketches. You should be getting a replacement disc automatically if you ordered through the Shout website and if you ordered from elsewhere you should be able to get the replacement disc through this form:

Future prints of the set will have fixed discs with the unintentionally missing sketches back in. (There will still be ~5 sketches that will intentionally be omitted).
