Hello. I'm looking for a blu-ray player for my brother. He has a collection of VCDs (yeah I know

) that he'd like to play in it. I have the Oppo bdp-83 and it does play it, but he's looking for something that he can get for under $200.
Does anyone know if there's a sub $200 blu-ray player that can do VCDs? I'd like to get the Sony BDP-S360 or Panasonic BD60, but unsure if it can play VCDs. Thanks.
