My expectations for FF9 were already low, but this movie is really more than silly.
[Show spoiler]With out-of-this-world super magnets, cars flying in space, etc...
Granted, the stunts and action are "overwhelmingly" done, and leaving the masculine macho-behaviours asside there is still some entertainment to be found.
As for the 3D it varies from negligible (especially backgrounds) to scenes with a lots of depth and good effectiveness. It seems the movie was not intended to be shot stereoscopic in the first place, but nevertheless the 3D helps improving the experience in a lot of sequences.
In the end the disc is not one I wouldt necessarily require on my shelf, but it should help Turbine go on with the series.
