I really hope that is an error on the back cover, which makes it look like only the Theatrical Cut is on the UHD-100. Why they couldn’t have both cuts, utilising seamless branching, is a mystery. The difference is the removal of one scene:

Since Stone himself says he removed the scene since he felt it was superfluous, unnecessary and kills the pacing at the end of the film. Would rather have The Final Cut on UHD.
Fingers crossed it is a typo and both cuts are on the UHD, and they gave us the 2K BD for the extras…
Edit: The Final Cut being mentioned in the BD.com title is misleading.
