Ah, okay.

CNN said that all goods imported to the US, regardless of their value, are now subject to 10% to 50% tariffs, depending on their country of origin, after the de-minimis rule, which has applied to packages worth less than $800 since 2015, ended Friday morning at one minute after midnight.

I guess it remains to be seen how many, if any, overseas retailers are willing to mark their goods as gifts with a value below $100.
