Region Coding
I know this is a drag, because me in the humble U of K can't always play BR on my UK PS3. But I think this will be a plus for BR, as government tax etc will want to lock regions so you can only buy them from them, rather than import at cheaper prices. SO hence studios might see it as viable too.
Just a thought.
