I've go the complete series in the big box and it does have Razor in the Season 4 section on its own BD. I'm not familiar with the other items you mentioned. I'll throw that disc in tonight and check.

Edit: Ahhh - reread your post and now I understand. You are looking for just that one item, Razor. Yes it is there in the 4.0/4.5 pack in the Complete Series.
