There's a huge backlog of Fox titles I'm thinking about scooping so October Blu-ray purchases are going to lighten up the wallet quite a bit (It also looks like November & December won't be any better).
Not sure I want to wait that long for the new titles I am eyeballing. Even though blu-ray will continue to win the overall sales figures, those bean counters get really anal when they don't see those numbers fly off the charts for one week. I will keep blu in the black, though.

Radio Shack is like that. Didn't matter if I rang up $700 to $1000 in sales a day, they didn't like I had 30 or 40 tickets doing it. They wanted about 15 tickets and $700 in sales averages. They are SUCH TOOLS. You can't force these averages on sales people because that was the national average. I quit in June 2004, but it was a long time after before they finally made it "dollars per hour" average. (Supposedly not counting tickets any more per sales associate.) Not much better in my opinion, but at least they understood math a little better.
