Hey guys I have a question about play.com
Recently I returned an item to play.com (Crank 2 Blu-ray disc) because It didn't work on my player. It was posted on Monday I think but I haven't hear anything since, and they didn't gave me back my money yet.
Does anyone know any email from play.com so I can contact them?
I once tried
helpdesk@play.com but all I got was an email saying they gave me a ''ticket number'' - but I never got any answer.
Sorry if this has been posted elsewhere but I couldn't find any topic about it.
