Exclamation NEtbook with blu ray... windows 7, can't recognize format

Hi everyone! So here's my story, i hope you guys can help, i'm already desperated:

i bought this awesome laptop (aspire 8930g), it came with windows vista 32bit () so i just wanted it out ASAP. But first i tested everything just in case...blu ray was awesome, perfect video and sound, i was amazed.
I installed Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit, it caught almost all the devices, i installed the latest nVida drivers for Win7, now everything seems to be working properly...but not the blu ray!!

I installed all the codecs i found (k-lite pack, win7 codec pack...), and tried windows media, VLC, PowerDVD 9...all of them say the same "format not recognized" WHAAT?? It worked perfectly when i bought the laptop! Now with win7 nothing.

I don't know, what do you need to play blu ray? Drivers or something?
I used Aida32 to see what device do i have and i think this is the model: Pioneer BDR-TD01RS...but i havent found any info about it, even in the pioneer website!! Like it doesn't exist!!

I emailed acer, pioneer, they didn't wanted to help. googled for ever...nothing.

WHat can i do? I'm desperated. Please.

Thank you so much.
