That’s nice to hear.
One of the strengths of this forum is that people aren’t so much into argumentative one-upmanship (that poses as earnest “debate”
) and are more interested in helping fellow members.
We are also more laid back than places like AVM$ because people here have already chosen their format of choice (after careful consideration) and just want to enjoy it in peace…………rather than making some argumentative point to an audience of only 5 or 10 people who are amenable to altering their mindset anyway.
I think that unless there has been a wayward troll or trolls trying to disrupt a thread on our forum, you will rarely see any threads becoming locked, disappeared or constant *rule changes* to ensure that the inmates don’t kill each other online.
It is rather disappointing I think, when someone like Richard Casey who has pushed the envelope in the pursuit of video and audio excellence with his Blu-ray and HD DVD versions of
Nature’s Journey has to contend with the abuse and repeated disruptions (i.e. thread “pauses” or thread locks) on other forums like AVM$.............................
