Last week I was talking to my fiancee & she said she was thinking that we should give her parents a Blu-Ray player for Christmas, which sounded like a great idea to me. Then today as I was thinking about it I realized that by us Blu-Ray owners making a little bit of a sacrifice this Christmas and spending a little bit more than we might have and gifting some Blu-Ray players to others we can make an exponentially greater impact on this format war than by buying Blu-Ray movies or 2nd or 3rd blu-ray players for ourselves. This is kind of like a Buy-A-Thon of immense proportions. We can bring others to see the blu light the old fashioned way, by giving it for them
