Hi everybody,

I'm thinking to get the STR-DH1000 receiver from Sony.
What are your oppinions on this, does anyone have it, any experiences, problems, dissapointments ???

Where is this unit assembled ? Is it worthwhile ?

Looking to pair it with my S500 and S550 players, just for the looks.
I know DH1000 would better fit with S560 (both black), but I wanted the second bluray machine made and assembled in Japan, S560 offered in Germany is assembled in Hungary, therefore...

Currently I am running the STR-DB940, from bluray to receiver via optical, from player to my Sony KDL-46X2000 TV via HDMI. Very happy though.
