Equip the Clever Rat's Ring, cast Poison Cloud in front of yourself and then just run into it. ;o
Equip the ring beforehand, that way you'll know when you hit less than 30% pretty easily because you'll get The Glow.
Or if you play from the start of the map, just let yourself get shot by arrows.
