And currently the 1200 is not playing a few FOX titles. Patient 1200 owners have to wait for firmware(myself included). It is a great player and does superb upscaling. Maybe doesn't decode some audio, but its FAR from being outdated as its only been on the shelf for 7-8 months. But if you're just buying a player now, why not buy the current 1400 model?
