I normally don't keep the DVDs only if they have some extra features their BD counterparts do not have (e.g. Pearl Harbor 4 disc DVD set containing the Director's Cut of the film and an incredible wealth of extras). On rare occasions I also keep them because they have exceptionally beautiful artwork (e.g. the Nikita SteelBook DVD).
