Star Trek (2009) comes with an absolutely stunning PQ transfer
Audio is excellent as well. Hellboy 2, Iron Man and Hulk all had great PQ as well imo. Transformers 1 and 2 both have excellent quality, as did Terminator Salvation
I got Cloverfield for the AQ when I got my surround system, if you haven't heard Cloverfield on Blu-Ray yet with a nice system, you have my full recommendation!
