The DVD version all sport Outline Compression witch is noticable on most Anime/Animation with a Black outline on DVD. You can see compression around the black lines, it's more subtle but it's there.

Altought, the BluRay is perfect in this case.

Of course the biggest you're screen his, the more you can see how crappy all dvd's version where and appreciate Transformer The Movie for the first time in home video since VHS without Macroblocks..
well said tf is perffect vibrant colour s sharp bright images its as clear as if you were looking at the origanal cells as it was made dvd version is so flat in comparrison op watch it again this time concentrate on background even upscaled u dont get that much detail
