You can score the MX136 for well under $10,000 I think my dad sold ours to a friend for like 7,000.

That has everything HDMI exc. just no HD-MA support or TrueHD support.

The MX150 will get you everything for only a little more(and its worth it).

If you just need/want a Power amplifier then I'd suggest the MC207.

Also check around for MX120s maybe you can find one might get one under 5.
