Blu-ray Forum - View Single Post - What do I need for True-HD or DTS-HD or Uncompressed PCM

I have an Onkyo HT-S790 system and I have looked around the net for the answer to this question. Will I be able to receive uncompressed PCM thru this system over ---optical---. I'm pretty sure that Dolby True and DTSHD are thru HDMI only. Could someone please clear this up for me.
