If you don't mind, I will make a few suggestions. Your front speakes are too close to the wall. Move them away at least a foot. When the speakers are too close to the wall, their bass tends to be too boomy and not clear enough. You tend to hear the room more than the speakers. Also, if you raise your subwoofer off the floor by a few inches, you may get improved performance. There are ready made sub risers or you can make one yourself. Don't forget to recalibrate the speakers/subwoofer after any changes.

BD, do you recommend these risers in a room that is carpeted already? or are they for subs on wood floors? or is it to just raise the sub up for better performance? not sure??
also should tower speakers be under the same affect? thanks
