Well, if there is no such thing as a stupid question at the moment then this one is pretty darn close. In fact, it could be close enough to actually be used to create an official definition which would then turn the concept into a feasible mainstream application.
Before I get roasted, just remember that I only said that it's "close" to being a stupid question. I didn't label it as such.
