Sorry if this has already been posted I did a search and could not find anything.

Ok so what does this mean and how do I know if I can acheive this with my set up?

Ia am using an Onkyo 605 and the HTIB speakers & sub from the from this system http://www.onkyousa.com/model.cfm?m=HT-S780&class=Systems&p=s
